Context
In 2025, I was approached by a stealth startup, let's call them 'Zenith AI'. They tasked me with envisioning an AI-powered real estate assistant app, designed to streamline daily operations for realtors.
The problem
10+ hours/week
Agents lose 10+ hours/week to admin and follow-up tasks
3h
Average response time to message and mails
36%
Deals lost due to late follow-ups.
How might we ensure agents never miss critical follow-ups while giving them more time to focus on revenue-driving work?

Building an AI consist on bringing to live an abstract notion. Making it alive, recognizable and dependable.
→ This sequence aligns with passengers' natural boarding process—first confirming where and when, then checking train details.
Step 1: The Orbe
I need this AI Agent to symbolise the very nature of AI to ensure commun visual lenguague with other platforms. I need the user to recognise Remy is an AI.
Composed by 2 gradient colors:
Coral → Warm, trustful
Sky Cyan → Insightful, Calm

Blurred abstract overlay
Discrete, omnipresent

Living organic element
It can change its form
based on actions
Step 2: The Avatar
I need this AI Agent to symbolise the very nature of AI to ensure commun visual lenguague with other platforms. I need the user to recognise Hunter is an AI.

Step 3: Meet agent Hunter
Once we align both concepts (Orb + Avatar) we obtain Hunter! The best personal assistant for realters!

Thinking, resolving tasks

UX core principles
The main focus of the application was the generation of tasks for Hunter to tackle:
→ Each task should be prioritised in terms of urgency (Important, Not Urgent, For later).
→ It should explain why it matters
→ It should propose a ready to go action
Following the OOUX (Object Oriented User Experience) methodology I created the Object TASK:

The language used throughout the interface reinforces Hunter's personality:
→ “I see”/ “I noticed” mimics colleague speech
→ Tone stays neutral, calm, reliable
→ Hunter reduces decision fatigue by proposing clear next steps
→ Conversational but professional
